Returns & Refund Policy

As the items on our site are personalised products, these cannot be returned for a refund.
However under exceptional circumstances you may be entitled to a refund or replacement see below.

You may be entitled to a refund –

• If Love It Designs have made an error on your item you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
• If the courier has not delivered your item we will open an investigation with the courier for you. This will require your full compliance throughout the investigation and a signed declaration to confirm that you have not taken delivery of the item. The investigation cannot be opened until 7 days after the approximate delivery date.
• If you cancel before design work has started on your order. Please contact us ASAP during our business hours 0151 792 9058

Once we have agreed to a refund, you must return the item to us before we will process your refund. We will advise on return process upon agreement.

Our Liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

Return postage will only be paid by us in cases where we have made the error.

We accept payment Via Paypal and through the Worldpay payment gateway. We accept payment In UK Sterling / British Pound (£) only.

Sending your information

It is your responsibility to ensure you have proof read your wording that you would like on the item that we are personalising for you. We are not responsible for correcting any errors you have made. It is also your responsibility to ensure you Send good quality images for print. If you would like a proof prior to print, please ask for one when placing your order as we do not send them as standard. Images for the banners should be a minimum of 300kb in size. However it is upto you to ensure that it is of good printing quality.

Images For Print & Design

By uploading, emailing, transferring or giving to us your images in person, you are confirming that you have full usage rights of that image, and that you give us permission to print them on your behalf. Any issues with copyright or image ownership will be your responsibility and not the responsibility of Love it Designs Ltd or any of its staff.
